It’s no secret: I love Sunfood Superfoods. I do most of my superfood shopping there. At the beginning of the year, they revealed their Healthy Reset, a (free) two-week plant based meal plan and workout guide to get 2017 started on the right foot.
Well, the first month of my 2017 was spent in three different countries, where I fell off my vegetarian wagon, with a lot of unrest and uncertainty due to the pending transition back to the States. It was not a great time to be trying to stick to a meal plan.
But it’s been on my mind, and now that I’m temporarily settled and have my sister on board…
I’m going to start the plant based meal plan on April 17!

Take note: I’m going to be making a few adjustments, substitutions, and omissions. You can, too! But I’m committed to sticking to the general guidelines, minus an ingredient or two, and I can’t wait to see how I feel in a couple of weeks.
Take a look at the recipes–it’s not all salads and water.
(Although there are some incredible-looking salads in there, too.) There are all sorts of indulgences, like the cookie dough balls I shared with you a couple of weeks ago, and a lot of things I suspect are going to make it into my regular cooking repertoire.
The Reset includes suggested workouts, but I’m not planning on doing those since I already have a consistent workout schedule. However, I encourage you to give them a try if you don’t already have an exercise habit.
